Services Provided
Lux Linen Laundry Service provides professional laundry services for commercial and residential customers in Greater Orlando and surrounding areas. Services may include pickup, washing, drying, folding, linen care, delivery, recurring commercial laundry service, and related laundry support.
Service availability may vary based on location, volume, scheduling, account type, and operational capacity. Lux Linen Laundry Service reserves the right to accept, decline, pause, or discontinue service at its discretion.
Quotes and Service Requests
Quotes are provided based on the information submitted by the customer, including service type, laundry volume, pickup location, delivery needs, frequency of service, and any special handling requirements.
A quote is not a final agreement until service details are confirmed by Lux Linen Laundry Service. Pricing may change if the actual laundry volume, service requirements, pickup or delivery location, or handling needs differ from the information originally provided.
Commercial Accounts
Commercial laundry service may be available for property managers, vacation rental companies, hospitality businesses, spas, gyms, clinics, schools, corporate housing providers, and other businesses with recurring laundry needs.
Commercial account terms, pricing, scheduling, turnaround expectations, pickup and delivery details, and service frequency may be confirmed separately in writing. Lux Linen Laundry Service may require account approval before recurring commercial service begins.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery services are available in approved service areas. Customers are responsible for ensuring that laundry is ready for pickup at the scheduled time and location.
Lux Linen Laundry Service will make reasonable efforts to complete pickups and deliveries as scheduled. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, operational needs, customer availability, incorrect addresses, access issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery instructions, including gate codes, building access, parking instructions, unit numbers, or other details needed to complete service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for checking all laundry items before pickup. Please remove personal belongings, valuables, jewelry, electronics, pens, cosmetics, cash, documents, keys, medication, or any other non-laundry items from pockets, bags, linens, towels, clothing, or laundry containers.
Lux Linen Laundry Service is not responsible for damage caused by items left inside laundry, including ink stains, melted items, broken objects, color transfer, or damage to washers, dryers, linens, towels, or clothing.
Customers must notify Lux Linen Laundry Service of any items requiring special care, delicate handling, specific washing instructions, stain treatment, fragrance preferences, allergies, or restrictions before service begins.
Care Labels and Special Handling
Lux Linen Laundry Service will use reasonable care when processing laundry. However, customers are responsible for providing items that are suitable for standard laundry processing unless special care is requested and accepted in advance.
Lux Linen Laundry Service is not responsible for damage caused by missing, incorrect, faded, or unclear care labels, pre-existing fabric weakness, normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color bleeding, fading, loose stitching, broken zippers, damaged buttons, thinning fabric, stains, odors, or prior chemical exposure.
Special care requests may require additional time, special pricing, or may be declined if the item cannot be safely processed.
Stains, Odors, and Results
Lux Linen Laundry Service will make reasonable efforts to clean laundry professionally. However, we do not guarantee the complete removal of stains, odors, discoloration, mildew, cosmetic residue, oils, chemicals, bodily fluids, or other marks.
Some stains or odors may be permanent or may require specialized treatment beyond standard laundry service. Repeated washing or stain treatment may affect fabric condition, color, or texture.
Items Not Accepted
Lux Linen Laundry Service may refuse items that are unsafe, unsanitary, contaminated, hazardous, heavily soiled beyond normal laundry use, or unsuitable for standard laundering.
Items that may be refused include, but are not limited to, items containing hazardous materials, chemicals, excessive bodily fluids, pests, mold, sharp objects, flammable substances, biohazardous materials, or any item that may damage equipment or create an unsafe condition.
Medical, clinical, or regulated laundry requiring certified medical laundry handling, biohazard processing, or specialized compliance procedures may not be accepted unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Lost or Damaged Items
Lux Linen Laundry Service takes reasonable care when handling customer laundry. However, laundry service involves normal risks, including fabric wear, fading, shrinkage, loose threads, damaged buttons, weakened seams, and other conditions that may become more visible after washing or drying.
Any concern regarding missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after that time may not be eligible for review.
If Lux Linen Laundry Service determines that an item was lost or damaged due to our handling, any compensation, credit, or remedy will be determined at our discretion and may be limited to the reasonable current value of the item, not the original purchase price or replacement cost.
Lux Linen Laundry Service is not responsible for sentimental value, specialty value, designer value, business interruption, lost revenue, guest complaints, replacement purchases, or indirect damages related to laundry service.
Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary based on service type, account type, and agreement. Residential services may require payment before or at the time of service. Commercial accounts may be billed according to agreed payment terms.
Customers are responsible for timely payment of all approved charges. Late payments, failed payments, unpaid invoices, or disputed balances may result in paused service, cancellation of recurring service, late fees, collection activity, or refusal of future service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule pickup, delivery, or recurring service.
Lux Linen Laundry Service reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, missed pickup fee, or rescheduling fee if service is canceled late, if laundry is not available at the scheduled pickup time, or if access is not available at the agreed location.
Recurring commercial service may require advance notice for schedule changes, account pauses, or cancellation.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times may vary based on laundry volume, service type, pickup location, delivery location, special handling needs, staffing, weather, traffic, and business demand.
Any estimated turnaround time is provided as a general expectation and is not a guarantee unless specifically confirmed in writing. Lux Linen Laundry Service is not responsible for losses, delays, or business impacts caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
